Orders
Orders which cannot be delivered directly ex stock shall be confirmed by us in writing. Our order confirmations must be checked carefully and we must be informed of any discrepancies immediately. If we no longer produce a product that has been ordered, we can offer a replacement or cancel the order.

Items made to order
For items made to order, the quantities delivered may have a tolerance of plus or minus 10%. Tools and equipment required to execute the contract remain the exclusive property of the company even if they have been fully or partially charged to the client.
Price
Our deliveries shall be billed in accordance with the prices contained in the most recent price list or quote. We reserve the right to change our prices. The prices listed are net prices in Swiss francs (CHF) or, by arrangement, in euro (EUR).
Items made to order are invoiced according to the quote or, if nothing is mentioned in the order confirmation, are invoiced based on the actual costs incurred.

Delivery
All deliveries are ex works Mosen at the expense and risk of the buyer.
Delivery time
We undertake to respect delivery times as far as possible. However an unforeseen delay in the delivery shall not entitle the buyer to terminate the contract.
Payment
Our invoices must be settled within 30 days net of invoice in Swiss francs (CHF) or, by arrangement, in euro (EUR).
Claims
All claims must be received within eight days from receipt of goods.
Property rights
We clearly state that we have acquired or have applied for property rights (patents, registration of design and so forth) for the majority of our products.
Guarantee
Our company is certified according to EN ISO 9001. We guarantee the highest quality and are capable of meeting high demands. If one of our products should become damaged as a result of a material defect, we will replace it free of charge. This guarantee shall be limited to the replacement of the product and shall not entitle the buyer to any further compensation.
